Default Saw the new 05 RSX today

I saw the 2005 RSX today, in my opinion its looks okay. The tail lights stick out a little plus ther are all red, the front end kinda looks like the civic front end in a way. I didn't see the orange color, saw the green its not as green as I thought it would be. Plus the new magniesum color has more of a brown color in it. So hope to buy an RSX type s soon. I hope to get a used one like an 03-04 for 20K with 20K miles or less

I like the headlights but i think the tails on all new hondas kinda look goofy. I love my Si tails compared to the APC like 04 si red orange n clear. (no offense to you 04 si's headlights look dope though)

i saw pics of the new 05 on the acura website. i haven't decided on how i feel about the new subtle changes, but i think some of the new colors are going to be interesting to see on the road - jade green, orange, vivid blue and the silver metallic.

i like the 17s they are coming out in, too.

i saw in the customize/options part of the acura website that they are still going to offer the 16" 7 spoke machines rims. i have those on my 02 rsx. i don't see why anyone would want to downsize their wheels on the newer models though. welp, that's just my humble two cents about it.

Just got our first one in on...Tuesday, it's been sold already. Personally I think they look alot more like Civic coupes, especially the front end, and to be honest I've never been a fan of the RSX from day 1. But I'm sure alot of people will like it. Probably moreso first time Acura/Honda buyers...although that would e a little bit of a generalisation.

The new one looks nice but the headlights remind me of the departed CL and not a civic.

Interesting. Colours like that are popular during economic downturns.

I don't likr the '05 headlights or tail. The headlights and tail lights on the '02-'04 are what make an RSX an RSX. Plus the 10 hp won't matter much because of the increased weight. I would go for a used or older model on the lot.

But they've made a lot of subtle changes to make it a better handling and more reliably handling car.

I swear, it sounds like they've actually listened to the track people.

I saw it couple weeks ago. My friend saw it the day it came in and told me about it, so we ended up going to the Acura dealership the next day. We bullsh*tted and a lady took us to a seperate lot. She had to go with us because of insurance liability or what ever. They had maybe 7-8 '05 RSX's, but they only had Type-S's. They were all really dirty and had a film over it, the seats were covered in plastic. I don't mind the headlights, they look okay. The new tail lights I like also.

Things I didn't like were the gauges. I don't know, but they look smaller to me. The Type-S trunk lip really looks tacked on, like someone super glued it or something. There is also this plastic piece on the bumper which looks kinda cheap.

Overall, I perfer the previous incarnation of the RSX better than the new face lifted version.
