Is it ok to use an LS plug in a GSR motor...to my understanding there basically the same, only that the LS is a little longer...

 

why would you want to do that, like you just said they're longer

It's not like 4 spark plugs ain't affordable...

There is a reason why they specifically made plugs for every car.

 

the dewd i bought the car from had them in there...he said they were fine and that there wasnt a difference...im just trying to see if its ok to leave them in there or change them...

 

do not use LS plugs in a GSR motor. Don't listen to somebody who says something that crazy. Change them right now because the plugs are actually different because ones are made specifically for the VTEC motor and than there is the ones for the non-VTEC. And also the gaps are different. GET NEW PLUGS.

Is this what Autozone or Pepboys or Kragen told you?
