Ok my battery tipped and acid went thro my radiator fan wires, i overheaded and then fixed all the wired with electrical tap i guess they touched and blew somthing cause it still dosnt work. I checked all fuses and there all good could it be the relay?

 

most likely its the relay itself. try jumping the engine coolant temp switch.

 

i got the same plm but my fuse keep blowin up on everytime i try to jumpwire

 

I have the opposite problem. My fan never shuts off! It's weird. I'm guessing the previous owner wired the fan to the battery or something. I just bought the car a few weeks ago so it really doesn't bother me. Plus I live in Louisiana so having the fan on all the time won't hurt anything, considering it's always 95 out with 65% humidity.

See if the fan has continuity. Maybe the acid created an open circuit.
