I'm planning on adding dc sports headers, aem fuel reg, pulleys, V2 CA intake and i already have a very free flowing custom dual exhaust cat back. i have a '94 accord with 95,000 miles; how much realistic wheel horsepower can i expect to gain from the stuff i'm planning on buying? THanks.
(oh, and any suggestions for other stuff besides turbo/nitrous)

if you swap on a 2.5" collector on your header, you will be pushing an additional 8-15hp, similar torque numbers.......
you dont need a fuel regulator, its not gonna do you any good, pulleys are really pointles, and the V2 intake is a waste of money, just get ebay piping w/ K&N filter (but if you need carb legal, get the origional aem CAI).....cut the dual exhaust, its excess weight, and will create a bottlenecking at the y pipe

ok, what about cam gears and maybe a hotter cam? i don't think i'll have the funds for a quality turbo set up. Basically i want something to beat out most civics and maybe some low end mustangs out there. also, i heard that alternator pulleys screw up your electrical system, is this true? why would a quality company like aem produce a product that will inevitably screw up your engine?

they dont "screw up your engine".....and AEM just wants money
cam regrinds will net you a few more ponies, but with an FMU (for tuning), your gonna run yourself a pretty penny, and in the end your only gonna get a few more ponies.....besides NOx, theres really no way to make lots of "cheap" power

If your running custom dual exhaust on a 4 cyl. engine, odds are you're actually loosing horsepower. To much freedom in the exhaust cuts out vital backpressure. Might want to revert to single cat-back or even just 2.5" all the way back.

Unorthodox has a pulley kit that includes an alternator pulley that won't impact the charging. The info states it actually is set for slight overdrive to compensate. Any thoughts on that?
