The 2-1 section looks like a GSR one. The ITR one looks like one oval tube instead of 2 separate tubes as seen in your pic.

 

Sufice to say that I put my friend's LS heatshield on the exhaust manifold and it fit like a glove. This was a surprise after the brand new Type-R heatshield I purchased wouldn't fit on the exhaust manifold correctly.

 

Is the exhaust manifold GS-R, LS???

its an LS. gs-r has the primary O2 sensor in the cat. Type R and LS have the primary O2 sensor in the exhaust manifold

 

Lemme see if I got this right... I have an LS exhaust manifold and a GS-R downpipe? Any idea on where the cat is from? That's the piece I'm most concerned about.

this is a ITR cat/downtube.

 

The problem is, is that LS and ITR Cats look the same externaly. Is there anyway to tell them apart besides measuring the bore? What should the bore measure for an ITR cat?
