need some help with 91 honda accord auto tranny..please help :)
hey guys..
got a question. i have a 91 honda accord EX, auto trans. car has 170k on it, but i have really taken care of it well.
anyways, here's my problem. When the car is hot, and i gave it gas, it just wants to rev, and not go anywhere. when the car is cold, it runs fine.
i had the tranny checked out by a local shop here and they used some sort of scope to look into the tranny. They said everything was fine there, and it must be some sort of sensor that is out, or something along those lines.
im looking for some help here guys..any help would be greatly appreciated. I've brought it to a few mechanics already, and no one seems to know what the problem is, or how to diagnose it.

Check the fluid level with the engine off and while on a level surface. Is the fluid level correct? Is the fluid brownish-blach? Does it smell burnt?
the fluid looks red. i just checked and its filled to the top.
could it be a sensor going out? i am unsure!!!!!!!!!!

You drive the car and it stalls, then sit awhile and you can drive again??
The torque converter is coming apart and the pick up is getting plugged up.
Drop the trans, pull the case off, clean it all up. Get a new torque converter, reassemble the trans.
