What's up guys? I have '95 ls-se that I put a CM stage 1 clutch in about two years ago. After I replaced it, it worked great except every once in a while and almost always in reverse I could smell that ever so distinctive, "dude, your burning the crap out of your clutch," smell. I thought I'd done everything right, but now my $400 clutch is gone and I'm a wee bit pissed. I checked the lines and slave cylinder and they seem to be fine. There have been times though when the pedel went clear to the floor and I added more fluid. I just changed the master cylinder (it seemed to be the only place where maybe there was a leak), and now I just took my flywheel to pepboys to get it resurfaced.

So here's my Q (after that long-a schpill): is it OK to reuse my CM pressure plate if I have a new disc?
