swap guide link needed ?

need to know everything i need to buy down to last bolt to put either u.k or jdm itr motor into u.k ek4 (has b16a2 as stock) ?

thanks, mainly tryin to figure what i can keep from my stock b16 setup, looks ike i can keep my gearbox which is good
