Comp/ZEX cams - any good?

Comp/ZEX cams - any good?
They're cheap - about $500 for a pair of B-series VTEC cams. And my buddy who owns a 1969 Camaro just can't seem to say enough good stuff about Comp. But are their Honda cams really any good?

I've got their stage 2 cam in my 92 Si, (D16Z sohc), have been using it for about a year and am very happy with it. Haven't heard anything about their bseries cams though.

i've got a set of their stage 2 b series vtec cams in my 2000 gsr. runs good. pulls hard all the way to 9200. good springs and retainers also.
