obd0 harness with obd1 b18b in DA

are there any disadvantages to running the obd0 b18a harness with the obd1 b18b? i currantly have this setup on my DA and it runs fine with no cel's but just curious if anyone has done the same with good results.

well considering that harness isn't for the motor. obd 1 has its advantages.
