Default FS/FT: Complete b20/vtec engine swap

I've been in the process of building the motor and ended up getting my license suspended due to a ticket so I am just going to sell the motor. The engine itself is currently being assembled by an ASA certified mechanic and pictures will be provided shortly. Price is OBO, simply because I don't know how much to ask.

b20z2 short block with 40-45k (can provide VIN for exactly mileage)
New piston rings
New water pump/gasket and oil pump/gasket for GSR
ARP 8mm rod bolts
New Oil pan gasket
stock header with heat shield

1994 GSR head (OBD1)
Fresh 3 angle valve job, sand blasted and hot tanked, milled .007 for clean surface
GSR manifold with secondary runners removed and smoothed over
Golden Eagle LS/Vtec dowel pins installed
Golden Eagle b20/vtec headgasket (84mm)
4 new valve spring retainers (lost 4 haha)
ARP GSR head studs
LS OBD-1 Distributor
New valve cover gasket and cam seals
New GSR timing belt and intake manifold gasket

b16 transmission off a 99 Civic SI
Bearings were replaced before I purchased it, only 45k miles on the tranny
stock GSR clutch and flywheel (12k miles)
GSR axles, intermediate shaft, shiftlinkage and mounts
OBD2a Type R ECU (p73)
OBD1 VX engine harness and OBD2 b20 harness

What the engine needs:
Starter (planning on purchasing)
Alternator (planning on purchasing)
Cam Gears (AEM Tru Time in the mail)
Conversion harness for OBD1 use (can acquire a skunk2)

The motor has yet to be started, but I've taken no short cuts when building this engine. I garantee start up will be nothing short of perfect. I can also include the stock b20 head if the price is right, in case you decide to convert it back to non-vtec. The motor is very clean, which you will see in the pictures.

I'm only really interested in trades for another b-series motor with moderately low mileage. I am not interested in any non-vtec B-series motor. I don't feel like my car will sell all that well that a frankenstein motor so I would rather go with something a buyer would truth not knowing the history of the car and all.

Make offers, I can be reached by e-mail at CaptainSpongie@aol.com or through AIM at Hatchbizzack. PM's will work as well

No lowballing, I know how much the parts are worth! Thanks.

Motor is still for sale, complete swap minus the transmission. The car now comes with GSR starter, distributor and alternator. Will include stock cam gears, and possibly a chipped p28 so no conversion harness will be needed.

I am willing to let everything go for 3000 shipped. This is the complete swap minus the transmission mind you, assembled and all.

Let me know guys.

If anyone wants to make any offers, don't be afraid. I've found a shell that I am interested in, and if I don't have any more offers by the weekend the engine will be hitting Ebay in hopes of some lucky bidder purchasing the engine.

Don't forget, all you need is a transmission and this thing will be ready to roll.
