It's called boserblick...."mean look" in german. Lots of Euro guys do that constantly. It's mainly a euro thing and I've never seen a Honda...nor a Japanese car with it nonetheless...

i think thats a naked guy in the passenger seat...
i bet that hood looks really odd from a side angle, if you look at the line where the front bends down... maybe.. im high

i've got it done to mine aswell
mine looks a lot different tho because his hoods different, the center piece pops up instead of the sides popping up

I also think that is a shirtless guy, if not she's kinda busted. Also, yeah that hood is really popular with the German car tuners. I think it looks pretty good but it looks better on Germans and eye lids look better on Japs. My .02.
