MY friend that i bought the car from had ripped the back seats out and Im looking to put some back in for cosmetic, sound-proofing and transportation reasons. SO my question is there anything I need to install in the back first? All the metal braces and stuff going across the opening to the trunk are gone, along with the holders for the seatbelts. Is there some braces and stuff that have to go in there first before I can put seats back there again?

 

I know this probably doesnt help much but why not just ask your friend to help you out?

 

Your best bet is to go to a salvage yard and get all the parts your missing if you can't get them from your friend. We have a stock hood and I think we still have the seatbelt holders from our Prelude. Send us and email and we can discuss. We are in Thornton , Colorado.

 

No he threw all the crap away afterwards. I think i may have to start from scratch.

 

Is there any way to find out the locations of good junk yards? I can't think of any around where i live.

 

One other thing, I have a helms but I was having trouble reading the section where it has disassembly of the back seats for any parts. Does hondaautomotiveparts.com have a breakdown of all the pieces between the trunk and the seats and if so what section would it be under?
