Yesterday I noticed that my antenna won't go down, my interior light doesn't come on, but it does turn on my wipers when you move the switch back and forth???? When I turn off my R you can hear the trunk latch click 3-4 times. And today my alarm stopped working.
Any ideas where to start looking for cause?? relays ect.

Start with the alarm, most likely a wire is exposed and is shorting something out.

and ck your fuses too.

 

I had/have the same/similar problem, i checked all fuses and they were ok, My interior light wont work (bulb is fine) the antenna doesnt go up/down and when the engine was on the 'trunk open light' on the dash was dimly lit all the time. I ended up unplugging the antenna completely as i couldnt figure what else to do. The trunk open light now works fine, i pulled the antenna up manually and leave it up but my interior light still doesnt work. The sensor for when the trunk is open is on the same wiring loom as the antenna. I have a funny feeling its my antenna that is bust and until i get a replacement it'll do the way it is for now.

Take a look at the wiring diagram in the Helms then, or at the diagram for the R wiring harness on acuraparts247.com. You could have a short in the wiring harness. All of it runs under the door sills, including that for the door switches, which activates the interior light. This also runs the tails, trunk latch, antenna, and more.
