Volk 3 Wheels

I have the chance to pick up a set of Volk 3 (3piece) 17" wheels with tires for $1200. Should I pick these up, or pass them by?

Those are some nice wheels...very flashy. And if they're in good shape, that price is really cheap but I THINK 17" Volk III's only look good on bigger cars (Accords, TL's, BMW's, etc.) and not small cars like Civics and Tegs. It's up to you though but those are real nice wheels.
