Default manifold opinion

I have a decision to make and I just need some ''guidance'' .
I did a swap a while back. i was low on money (i got a good deal on a turbo) so I reused my y8 exaust manifold, but it had cracks...(plural, not singular) and i threw it on anyway. Now I have some cash and I need a new one,

BUT ...I also got that turbo, I dont know if i should just keep driving on it daily...and use the money on a turbo manifold, or would it be better to atleast have a 'good' manifold for now and get that? What would youdo???

If the cracks arent bad now then you should be ok for normal driving. Remeber that the cracks will expand with heat and slowly get bigger over time. If you're going to go boost then I would go ahead and buy a good manifold.

they are kinda long, after i have been driving for a while...i can hear it sounding like a lawnmower ...not super loud, but it also feels like it lags i guess you could say? its harder to get it up to the 3k rpm range off the line...(just norman driving) during 3-5 k rpm its ok...just was low. any advice.

when you said get the nice manifold..nice being turbo or NA

Well if you want to go boost then just stick it out and buy a good (turbo) manifold.
