thanks for the advice how much is the distributer you have for sale and will it work in the car i want. Also the car is 3300 and i want to put another 700 in the car what are the best mod i should do. the car alredy has suspension mods. coil overs and shocks. I was thinking i should put the b16 head on my b18 block, I heard that was good. But my friend tells me that i shouldn't do that because it leaks oil or something. any my long term goal fro this car is a drag turbo. any help is appricated thanks.
To figure out what to do next: just read alot on honda tech.
The LS-vtec you have been thinking about doing is a very good NA motor. But, an even better motor to boost, due to the compression being under 10.0:1. Go to http://www.c-speedracing.com/h...c.php to do some reasearch on that mod.

its a good motor LS/VTEC as long as you build it right... but if you are in a budget just stick w/ the b16.... $700 good mods are I/H/E ... or p/p the b16 head and get more aggressive cams... that depends on you though... i dont really know what you want to get all out racing or dependable daily driver... going LS/VTEC should run you est. $500-$1000... $1000 + if you want the motor build right.. i mean taking it to the professionals...
