Ok here it is... I just turboed my b20/vtec in my ef. Once the turbo went on i started leaking oil out of the rear main. replaced the rear main. still leaks. Pulled it out again. Checked for scratches or marks on the crank...none. Added PCV and new rear main to the motor and it still leaks. What to you guys think?

 

Maybe the housing is warped, and the seal isn't seating right?

Are you sure it isn't leaking from the oil pan gasket?

PS Check Your OIL PAN ....It was PROBOBLY your oil pan gasket....replace that if it's busted and even if it isn't....use some high temperature gasket along the hotdog (long ends) of the gasket where it dips. (the U area on the sides)

 

well i checked my oil pan gasket nothing! I have decided its my crank it has to be bent! I am just goin to but a b16 in!

Must be nice to have motors lying around you can just throw in. lol I'll take the B20 off your hands.

I have two b20's and two b16's all bottom ends. You always need extras!
