I have done a search. I have also tried refreshing previous post but there were not many replys. Any information on this exhaust manifold would be greatly appriciated. I've seen one or two dyno graphs, but they were on a ITR. I'm posting in integra because I have a gsr('99). I understand that I need a j spec catalytic converter or 12" cat, and ITR length b pipe for the exhaust, I'm looking for power gains, and ground clearance info. My car is daily driven, and my goal is to make 170-180hp to the wheel.

When was this exhaust developed? before or after the mugen 4-1?

In hyper rev it says that Toda exhaust manifold has demensions of 45->50->60 and the mugen gymkhana ex. manifold has demensions of 45->50.8->60.5. is this the diameter of the piping?
