What are we looking for exactly?
You need resize the pisc...I can only see 1/3 of it at any given time on my screen. Reduce it like 50% and repost...you'll still be able to see in detail.

For one, you don't even have a rear motor mount. It should be where the speedometer cable is resting on the rear crossmember. I don't see the harness (don't know if you have it out and are reworking it or what, but its not there), no resistor box (silver metal box, should be by prop rod), and whats the deal with the black and pink looking battery cables?? The black one should be hot coming from the battery, and maybe the pink one is for an amp or something...
A B16 won't just bolt into an EF. You need to get a motor mount kit for it to even bolt in. Do some research on it

He has the fuel line that goes to the FPR. I thought it was a chopped off clutch cable at first.
Also, I don't see the MAP setup on the firewall... I missed that one because I've been using OBD1 MAPs that are on the throttle body.

You're missing quite a bit of stuff there, but from what I can make out:
-speedo gear that goes into tranny
-if that throttle cable is stock, you'll need a 90-93 Teg one
-3 bolts that bolt the rear mount to the rear crossmember
-no firewall mounted MAP or EVAP purge control solenoid
-dont see the firewall heater outlets, heater control box
-no stock heater hoses, will need some if your motor doesn't have them
-charcoal canister and its vacuum lines
-starter cable/starter cable ground wires
-coolant overflow tank and coolant overflow line
-no chassis to valve cover, chassis to tranny ground probably gone too
-no battery tray, battery tray support

You could probably get it all used for around $60-$80. The most expensive part on the list is probably the speedo stuff.
