I paid $2,000 on FEBRUARY 2004 to Kendall for a 1994 GS-R shell ($1,000), ITR Interior ($800) and $200 for shipping.

He confirmed that the car could be delivered promptly, although it took two months I did not complained.

The interior, however, he said it would be here on June (4 months after payment)since he had to get some parts from Japan. I totally agreed with no objections and part of the interior arrived last month (July) which include the door panels, center console, climate control and other misc stuff, however, the seats were missing.

I contacted him and he said he had the rear seats but was waiting for the front seats to send them together. I agreed. After that I contacted him and he said the front seats were not in good condition and he was willing to send cash. Again, I agreed. This was around 3-5 weeks ago.

Is being almost 7 months since he received the payment and I have not heard anything from him in the last couple of weeks. I am totally fine with waiting as long as the seller has a status of my products at least every week. However, I have not heard from him at all lately and that I dont like that.

He also hasn't send the title of the car.
