Where is the best place to buy turbo for cheap?

Default Where is the best place to buy turbo for cheap?

Im looking for a turbo kit for a 91 civc hb. My friend bought one at a junkyard and is making pipes for it, Is that ok? Please tell me a few places i could buy a turbo for cheap.

I'm also doing the junkyard turbo thing. The only bad thing about junkyard turbos is that a turbo could be total junk. That and they're such a bitch to pull off the cars.
Besides thats the cheapest deal your going to get.
