Stock ITR Clutch Vs. Stock GSR/LS/RS Clutch...Is there a Difference...Mike K?
I was looking it up on http://www.itrsport.com and I read about the flywheel difference but not the clutch. Anybody know? Maybe Mike K can provide some part#s to verify.
I recall reading somewhere that the Type-R clutch is 30% stronger. Can't find the reference now.
Here's the lowdown... the only HARDCORE info I have is that the ITR pressure plate is supposedly 15% stronger than GSR.
The GSR and LS share the same part number for the clutch disc. 22200-P72-005
The GSR pressure plate and LS pressure plate were different in 1994 and 1995, but in 1996, all LS/RS/GS/GSR Integras came with the same pressure plate. 22300-P72-005
The ITR part numbers are completely different.
1997-2001 pressure plate is 22300-P73-025
1997-1998 disc is 22200-P73-025, made in Japan.
2000-2001 disc is 22200-P73-R01, made in Ohio.
That's about all the info I got for you.
