Who has ITR as their daily driver?
Stock for now, although I've seen some slammed R's that looked pretty good. Ride height is cosmetic as well as functional, so if your thinking about dropping the R, keep in mind your needs/goals for the car.

Keep in mind you will blow out several million dollars of Honda engineering when you do it as well.. That car is very well balanced from the factory and to screw with the ride hight screws that up.. Stick a set of 205/50/15's on it and it will look a lot better..
If you are just after the look and do not care about the handling go for it..

Mine is a DD, and is lowered with nuespeed springs. Semi crappy streets where I live are a little rough but it is worth it. As far as ruining millions of dollars of Honda engineering, thats a little far fetched, as even the R ha sa little compomise built into the suspension to be a street car, if that were the case, all the speed vision, ie Realtime racing would have used stock suspension.

U are in FL, never snow there, so you don't need another car...
The car looks so much better when dropped... but snow in winter is what really bothers me. i don't spent $1000 on the adjustable one. oh well

I gotz Tien coilovers in mine but they were on the car when I bought it. I think it's dropped 2inches in the front and 1.75inches in the rear. The ride is stiff but it corners amazingly. Pick a budget. Some people are more than happy with their H&R springs and others prefer a full coilover set-up with adjustable dampening and ride height. Don't go too low or it will kill the car.

If you live in US or Canada and want really cheap car insurance, go to http://beam.to/cheap-insurance and click on the second banner from the top. They give free instant quote and it is very cheap. My insurance on my Honda was around $500 per 6 months and their quote was $320. It takes 2 minutes to calculate quote. First banner from the top is also insurance company that gives instant quotes but their quotes are higher.

Let me guess. The Neuspeeds are on stock shocks and just for looks?

My car is on H&R sport springs -4cms 1.5 inch drop

The only precaution I ever have to make is with the front lip and the curb sometimes. It never rubs on speedbumps or anything.

If you lower the car you will change the perfect balance that honda has achieved. So unless you change the dampers, camber/toe angle, sway bars strut bars , etc. then it will throw off the balance and could make it handle worse.... I used drive mine daily, until about a year ago.
I do. its low. heres a pic.
