Default Disconcerting Event

I went out to start my CRX the other day and it wouldn't start. It would turn over, but not start. Its a DOHC ZC turbo. It had just rained, so that might have had something to do with it, it leaks like no other. I just went out today to start it and it cranked up fine, no CEL's, runs perfect. I checked the plugs, and they look good. Any ideas? I just dont want to be somewhere else when this happens.

moisture in the distributor, main relay, or anywhere along the electrical.
when and if it happens again check for main relay; put the key in run position, and listen for fuel pump priming. check for spark, ignitor, and or bad grounds along the way. double check ECU and CELs.
good luck

Tranny and engine ground look good. Battery ground was under water, so I punched some holes in the lowest area under water so it drains now. Someone else suggested the main relay. If it wasnt replaced with the swap then it has 138k miles on it. Maybe I should just go ahead and replace it anyway.
