H22 swap emission
I passed in MA using a '94 JDM H22 w/ JDM p13 ecu. Just make sure you have all emission control hooked up and are in proper working order and you will pass.
I was kinda wondering the same thing. Here in Maryland if your car is 97 and higher you get hooked up tot he computer that reads your OBDII and if your CEL is on its an automatic failure! So I'll be swapping a 94-95 OBDI H22 in my 97 accord. Will I have a CEL on?

That's not a good idea. from what I read on this and many other forums is you MUST have the same year engine in your car or newer.
