yeah i did. i have to threaten him with a private investigator and a phone call to his work. theres a dew threads recently about him.

Sorry about both of your troubles. I tried to buy from the guy and he flaked on me too. Gald I gave up after 3 weeks.

He is a flake, don't buy from him. Plus, after reading xdriver's posts and IM threads, it's clear the guy is full of BS.

Refunds given on cash taken for parts supposedly sold in good condition after being forced to deal with lawyers and such almost always equal scammers who got caught, and had no choice but to refund to keep out of trouble.

I've seen gemini around the boards and never thought of him as a scammer, sorry to hear this has happened.

He says he from Boca, man he shouldn't need to scam anyone

Good luck with this, one should never rule out he's fallen on hard times, but it's no excuse to cease communication or take people's money and run.

Check out the GD&D board, some guys back from Iraq are trying to make a round "resolving" issues with scammers. I'm sure they wouldn't mind heading down for some "vacation"

Start calling his work and neighbors.
