I was just wondering. The other day my friend and I were riding down the road in my prelude and I was going like 45 in 5th gear.. just riding down the road.. He told me that riding in low rpm's in my car would **** the tranny up? Anyone know the limits on when to switch gears at what rpm.. etc.. if so please tell me.. heh or tell me if my friend is just ignorant? lol thanks i appreciate it

Yes, it puts a lot of stress on the Johnson bar which in turn causes premature wear on the muffler bearing...
