Default 91 crx hf

i came across a 91 crx hf with a b18a1. it has a blaster ignition coil, no name brand header. no intake what so ever. it does not have a cam cover on it. one cam looks to be the stock cam, the other however is an aem adjustable cam. the battery is relocated to the trunk. the body is in decent shape. its has no rust a few dings but nothing major, althought the rear bumper is kind of hanging off and it is missing some side molding. it has a set of 16 inch rims and 205/40 tires with decent tread life left. as for the interitor, the seats a decent, with a little wear on the driver side seat. there is no a/c or cd player in it. it has three misc. togel switches that im assuming were hooked up to some neons or some other ricer crap. it is missing the cargo cover. the owner wants 3000 for it. i dont think its worth it, but i wanted to know what you guys thought. i live in a small town in ky and there isnt a huge market for this kinda of car. oh just so you all know i already own an stock 88 crx dx that i had planned on swappin a b18a1 into. any advice or comments are welcome. thanks.

man don't buy that car... i would get something of your own and use that 3000 for your own mods... it's always better when you can bragg that you put it in yourself.

i guess i should have been a lil more specific. i dont really have 3k to spend on it. and even if i had 3k to spend on it i more than likely wouldnt. i dont think its worth it. really what i want to know is what you all would offer for it. i was kinda thinking about low ballin' the hell outa the guy and just offering him like 1500 cash and seeing if hell take it. thats pretty much what a stock 91 hf is worth around here and he cant really expect to get what he put into it out of it. i would love to build my own car and have done the work myself. that was my original plan for my 88 dx. but im thinkin that if i can talk him down less than 2k its a good deal. i am on a budget and gettin a good deal is more important to me than putting the motor in myself. if i can talk the guy down and get it, i will be building and ls/vtec. so its not like i wont be doing anything to it myself. but thanks for the replys, keep them coming.
