Personally, I hate RFL's. I have never seen a BOV leak as much as those and I have personally seen these leak.
But heck people just love the shitty loud noise it makes??

hold a RFL next to a Tial and note the build quality difference......

Check out the turbo xs site on the net.
That thing is loud as **** but if that is what you like then get it! I have heard of leaking problems but I don’t see why turbo xs would not address the problem if it occurred.
Not a bad deal for 50$

I like the Greddy type s personally. I had that on my last car and never had a problem. I have the HKS BOV now and hate it. It works fine but just sounds like crap.

I have heard the RFL's do leak but have never used one to tell you from experience.

I love my Tial, Very straight forward, no springs to adjust, and works at every psi. Not too loud, but gets the job done. It makes the cool rattlesnake sound. If anyone has one they know what i mean

My Greddy TypeS makes a nicely quiet wistle and pSsh mix..? Sounds very nice, and not to loud at all..

Rattlesnake sound? Never heard that one before. Do you have a sound sample?

IMHO i have the RFL for my future setup and i know several people running the RFL as well and they have had no problems with them leaking under boost...i think the sound is great, its a little flashy because of how loud it is but its a great BOV overall

if u put it under light load and let off the gas it will make like a st-st-st-st-st sound like a fluttering sound (BOV not compressor surge)....but it sounds kinda like a ratlesnake.

and under hard boosting it makes a quick st-st-st then followed by a PSH!

u can hear it a couple times if u download the one movie from ITR206 on the board...it's called Pete's Ride Along
