Default Will the Accord catalytic converter work fine with the h22?

I'm currently swappin an 2000 h22 into my 97 Acura CL (basically rebadged/glorified Accord), would the CL catalytic converter work fine with the h22 since they're both OBD2? If it does work ok, will this keep me from getting a BAR sticker or hurt the performance of the engine in anyway? Thanks.

I am using the Accord cat on my setup and am having no problems with it....Engine seems to be coping VERY well with it...hell I can pull a car length on an H22 Prelude
