Default B pillar trim

I have a 91 hatch & I want to remove the black trim that runs vertically behind the window on the doors. The paint is chipped/faded & I want to repaint them. I just cant seem to figure out how to get them off. Remember 91 has door mounted seatbelts. Anyone ever done this without damaging them? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks

These are on the exterior of the car.

That's it...I guess no one knows. I'm going to the junkyard this weekend, and start prying on one of the cars they have. I figure once I get it off, I'll know how to get it off my car without damaging anything. I'll take my digi, & let y'all know how it goes.

i think there are three screws in the door jamb. it screws into the back of the molding. i believe it does, just take the weaterstriping off and and look for screws.
