Default My planned build

So far I have a GSR with intake, exhaust, 4-1 header, ITR valve springs, ITR cams, and a Mugen headgasket. I want to run low 14's, maybe a 14 flat, and I want a strong all motor daily driver, so here's my plan:
JDM ITR pistons
Skunk 2 intake manifold
Apexi VAFC

Compression should be around 11:6, and I want to get it to the dyno and tuned after all this. What do you guys think? How much horse power and torque will I have?

it would probably make 180-190 hp (depending on dyno/conditions) and if u got a header with a 2.5 inch collector. I'd get a little bit wilder cams.
