I currently have an '02 Civic Si with Jackson racing SC, Intake and exhaust...will be getting either the comptech or Jackson racing Header next. After that, what would the next logical step be for getting more power? Jackson racing says the stage 1 boost upgrade for the EP3 should be out in a couple weeks so i was thinking about going with that. If not, what else can some of you recommend. I am not trying to get crazy HP, but enough to have fun with. I am not exactly sire how strong the internals of this engine are either. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

 

I'd get a race header from one of the companies you listed and get a boost upgrade from jackson. After that I'd get the Kpro and tune it.

 

Is Kpro something that a local shop in my area can install and tune?

- How much HP would i gain with something like the k-pro and someone who knows how to tune?

depends on the tuner and what mods you have. I would say you might be able to get 10 hp and a smoother acceleration.

 

with someone who knows what their doing you should see gians...the flywheel/clutch idea is a great one especialy if ur running on a stock clucth it wont last much longer with what u have now....and wont last at all with a boost upgrade....flywheel isnt a must have but its nice to rev a lil faster and less weight is always good....post up some dyno #s when u do get em

Is it something that i can buy from someone on this site or is it tuned specifically for my vehicle? Who does the tuning...a local shop in town??

tuning someone in MD i know there are a few places in MD or VA cant think of any off the top of my head but look for someone that can dyno tune your car
