Depends on your definition of "worth it." If your price for the DC header is worth the 3-6hp you'll make, then yes. If not, then no. If you plan on doing more to the motor, a header will be one piece of the puzzle to making more power.

It's supposed too if you get the 4-2-1 header. The 4-1 is supposed to help high rpm. I have the 4-2-1 but it was already on the car so don't know what it was like before.

As in the other thread, displacement = torque. Without upping the displacement or going Forced Induction, you can't really do much with a 1.6 liter All-Motor.

DC = affordable. And compared to other headers out there, it can more than hold it's own. It's not going to make as much power as a $1200 header, but not everyone is eligible for that price range. Here's some comparisons: http://bob123e.tripod.com/thegreatheadertest/

if your going to get the dc header get the 4-1
if u want torque out of a b16 your not going to get it. Just give what it needs, high rpm power.

If you really want torque save for a turbo or buy a v6, or v8
Torque and hondas don't really go well with each other unless u got a h22
