Default Lowering my Idle andTPS sensor adjustment?? (k20a2)

Idle problem with my rsx type S engine(k20a2). It idles too high so the lowend power starts at 2k Rpm's( so low end power sucks anus).
Just wanted to know how i can lower the idle for my car and Where the location of the screw/ bolts are.

Also To adjust the TPS sensor on the throttle body of the type S what is needed? How is it done to adjust perfectly? Does the dealer do it? Costs?

The reason i am asking this is because i just bought a type s motor but the TPS was broken due to the accident on the front end. I replaced the sensor but have not gotten around to getting it fully adjusted, I basically put it on there and have 2 little bolts holding it in a random position.

Thanks a lot for ya help guys...
Any replies would be appreciated

Peace

idle is not adjustable (unless you have K-Pro)
and normally the TPS is not either...

at closed throttle the TPS signal should read ~0.5 V
and fully open ~4.8 V

the idle should read 700 rpm +/- 50 rpm with the engine fully warmed up and no accessories turned on

how did you manage to replace the TPS? it's not a separate serviceable part you can buy from Acura

I Bought it off of Ebay, i dont know how they got it but i saw from the dealer that the TPS is not seperable from the TB.

About the idle, is there no way to lower it?
Im thinking that there should be someway

nope there is no way to adjust the idle unless you have the K-Pro ecu.

actually there shouldn't be any need to adjust it as long as the IACV and throttle plate are working correctly... if it's idling too high then there's something wrong that you need to fix. you might ask Jorge from maxbore.com ("The new Spaceballs") since he works on TBs.

do you know what brand/model# of TPS it is? if it works out, there are others who need the same thing to fix damaged TBs...

good luck! with a multimeter you should be able to check the accuracy of the TPS in relation to throttle plate position

plz give me the brand/part info on the TPS you got, if it works would like to help out some others with damaged sensors
