Default ecu help

Umm sorry for the double post if it happens.
Ok here it is 90 Si hb mini-me swap w/ vafc, When I start car everything is fine, when I hit the road or rev over 4000 check engine light comes on. So I go home turn car off the turn ignition switch on, ECU just has a steady flash, doesnt look like its giving a code, I count the flashes but figured any thing past 50 wasnt a real code. at this time the check engine light is off.So im thinkin the flashes are either code 1 flashes being repeated, or its just the flash saying the ecu/car is on. Ive done tons of hours on this car and hate to give it to the dealer so they can try and rape me for somethin I dont need.
Thanx

ok yeah its a slow flash Ive had mine blink really fast so I know what 3 in a row looks like, so if it was 20, would it be 20 fast flashes???, also I have everything soldered int, no lose conections, My O2 sensor has fine before my swap, I might try cutting of the little harness and wiring it directly to the other wire wich leads to the ecu. Any other help/ suggestions???
