My mom is looking to buy this 2001 RL with 37,840 miles. It is an Acura Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. The dealer is asking $22,990. This is below the Kelly Blue Book Trade-In value, but the RL is not a hot seller. Is this a good deal? She offered $21,500, but the sales manager rejected the offer. What do you guys think would be a reasonable offer to make. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
