well as the topic says, my knock sensor took a **** on me and that damn check engine light is bugging the hell out of me, i was wondering if i just ground the wire for the knock sensor would that solve my problem so i dont have to buy a knock sensor???

i wouldint. i would check conections, grounds, and contanuity, in that order. i know nothing about knock sensors but if that dosent work get a new one.
