Is it true that a '99 Civic Si Throttle Cable would be the same one as a 93-95 Civic Del Sol VTEC Throttle Cable? Cause I have a frankenstein with all different engine parts in it and i need a new throttle cable... and the ex owner told me that i can either get a 99 Civic Si cable or a VTEC del sol one....is that correct that i can get either one? (cause the frayed cable i had on it was a 99 Si one according to the kid)....but Im about to order the VTEC del sol cable from honda because they dont have the 99 Si one for ordering....should i go ahead with the order? will the del sol cable be the right length?? thanks

 

i'm pretty sure it should fit. i'm runnin a GSR throttle cable on my del sol just fine.

what throttle body are you using and what itm? that will influence the fitting
