okay i bought this shell from a guy and im not sure what was in this 89 crx si before so im not sure what wire harness it is... the b16 im getting is obd0. so if it is a wire harness thats not obd0, how much could i get a obd0 wire harness for and how hard would it be to take the old one out and put the obd0 one in? and is there anything else ide have to do?

I bet it is OBD0 but if it isn't he most likely did not swap the entire harness and used a conversion harness which can easily be switched back to OBD0. What color ar the plugs on the passenger side strut tower? Is there an injector resistor box in the engine bay?( it looks like a heat sink and should be on the drivers side.)

That is an OBD0 harness. I don't know if it has been modified though.
