hey a friend of mine is selling his seats out of his mitsu evo. There recaro black seats very nice, I was thinking of buying them but if wondering if i can take the brackets off the seats and put my ek bracket seats on the reacro evo seats.
Can anyone help me on this..... And if its possible is it easy to take the brackets on and off??

Stock civic seat brackets will not fit recaro seats. You have to custom the brackets that come on the recaro seats. Reweld them to make them fit into your car.

 

yes it is easy to take the brackets on and off, but you'll have to get custom brackets made.

 

Any seat can go in any car as long as you have the right brackets. In this case, as was said, you would have to fab them yourself.

 

I think you can take your brackets off and put it like the recaro seats need. One time I install the seats of WRX on my old car(944 turbo) with the originals brackets!!!!

 

Just order recaro "sport" seat rails. On-trackperformance.com should have them.
