Maka it depends on the set up every motor reacts different, ive told you that...but i might try something else...ill sell you my RS Machine cams
if the stage 7's are too strong for you, then maybe you should consider stage 6's, less volatile and maximizes all around deployment of indirectional HP towards the head...meaning get them~! search for them,

syke there aint no skunk stage 6 or 7, i forgot wat they go up to, i think satge 3 or 4 are the highest, i could be wrong, but if u search, you'll find the answer.....it all depends on your ideal setup.....
seriously htough, see if omni makes any buddy club spec III (plus) for your head.

there is no best buddy. it depends on the setup you have how much compression your goals on what you want to get peaky hp motor the port job on the head. everything is based off each other research like a mother f'er before you do something you would regret. PLAN ACCORDINGLY SHEYAT.
if you want people to give good opinions tell them how much compression you ahve or how much compression you want and what kinda motor you want to build something that has low to mid daily driving real mild. hardcore drag racoR something hella peaky and hella compression needed. o i said hella nor cal owns joo. or road racing something that makes power all in the band.

man o man sheyat. max is stage 3 i blieve with the skunk u need mad compression for that sehyat 14.5-1 or more. they also make jun4's but if your daily driving you dont want any of that....well honestly everyone knows the numbers (lift, duration) dont matter too much there other **** in there people dont calculate that matters like ramp angle and other **** but basically duration means when the intake and exhaust valve are open at the same time. i dunno too much but basically cams with more duration you need to make up with more compressiaan to get the most out of the cam. go to team-integra.net read the vtec cam comparsion spec article you should be good after that. im not that good on cams cuz i havent read it yet

bzzz wrong again. duration is the amount of time measured in degrees that a cam is open. the intake and exhaust duration are independent upon themselves ONLY. the intake cam may have 305 degrees of duration and the exhaust might only have 300.
the lift is the amount of lift usually measured in MM for japanese cams that the cam opens the valve. (ie JUN 3 intake cam 305 duration/12mm of lift.

yup sheyat owned. what i meant about lift and duration not meaning much i meant that they are not the only measurement of telling if a cam is good or not their is a lot more variables. ramp angle and stuff. 1 2 NV thanks for correcting me so i know and i dont lead people astray ill try to read the article
