Fidanza + ACT HD + hybrid disc -- is what I've had since the Expo, and I'm quite happy with it.

When I spoke with the people @ Fidanza they recommended Nippon Power. http://www.nipponpower.com/drivetrai...act_acura.html

Though, you've opened a whole new can of worms (hehe) with a question like this!

Not sure which Dave is referring too, but I have the Exedy clutch / Toda flywheel set up, and I am very happy with it. I know Dave is running a special on these as well.

I knew someone that had the Spoon flywheel and clutch and he loved it. He used it mostly for street and road racing, so I'm not sure how that setup would be for drag lauches, which is what I think SIINSI wants. HTH.

I have the comptech flywheel currently which i like a lot. Exedy clutch just came in and will be installing it soon with the JDM FD. Should be a nice setup. I would of had the Toda clutch but it was on backorder and i needed a clutch right away.

Spoon Fly is 9.3lbs
Toda Fly is 9.1lbs
But, there is more to it than just weight.

For the $$$, the Exedy can not be beat. They are a HUGE manufacturer of OEM clutches as well, and rumor has it, they make components for both Spoon and Toda clutches.

it really depends what kind of "track ready" you're talking about.. drag or road/auto-x? na or turbo car? how much power? is the stock clutch not able to handle the power you're putting down?? i personally like stock itr clutches coupled with a lightweight flywheel..

Can't go wrong with the SPOON clutch, and both the TODA and SPOON flywheel are excellent !

I've got the TODA flywheel and Type-R clutch. Real nice combo, the flywheel is awesome.
