WAT TO DO W? MY RSX
hey ya'll i just got this Completly stock RSX type s with only the shift ****. i have NO clue wat to put on it. so if ya'll got some advice for intake, exhaust, body kits anything i'd appereciate it
heres what id do ..in this order.
1. decent set of performance lowering springs. (eibach sportline or tein s-tech)
2. cold air intake (injen or aem)
3. hondata program #4
4. dc race header ( with this header...u will be deleting your cat.)
5. cat back exhuast system. (fujitsubo powergetter, rsr exmag, apex n1 etc.)
good luck with your car...

my question is.. How QUICK do you want to go and how much is your BUDGET?
if you were to ask me, i'd upgrade my:
1. Suspension (i.e. coilovers, front and rear strut bars, thicker swaybars)
2. Tires
3. Basic bolt-ons (i.e. intake, headers, cat-back exhaust)
4. And if the basic bolt-ons wouldnt satisfy you, get: hondata, upgrade your internals with the TODA kit, or maybe you can go force induction, whichever you choose.
but really, if you are new to tuning cars like myself, i'd do the 1-3 first coz they play the most important role of driving with FUN.

what im doing (in the exact order)
1. Springs, Rims, Tires (tein, sportline)
2. JDM Headlights and Emblems (the silver ones throw off the black soooo bad!)
3. Basic Bolt-Ons and Hondata (injen, fujitsubo, hks, etc.)
4. Suspension (spoon, mugen, js racing, etc.)
the reason im doing cosmetic stuff first is to knock it out of the way so i don't need to worry about it.

i think people try to sound smart by saying this, but i'm goin to say it anyway
what is your budget and goal? personally i enjoy circuit/roadracing very much hence my suggested list.
1) Tires. i took my stock S to the roadcourse with the only mod being Azenis. i was actually quite impressed with the way it handled with tires alone (as were many other drivers
). of course, most of you place who place importance in fashion will be severly put off by the monster truck ride height.
2) suspension. i had FLT-A2s put in a little after the tires, as good as they were, the improvement from stock tires to Azenis was much bigger compared to Azenis to the full coilovers.
3) drivetrain. LSD LSD LSD. JDM 4.768 FD/clutch/FW. did i mention LSD? putting down the power is much more important than making it. what good is it when all 250 of the ponies are going to ONE wheel
the rest is up to you. of course, everybody has their own priorities. it all depends on your goal and what you wish to do.
good luck
p.s: logically (in terms of fun:money ratio) i would place drivetrain second to tires.
