Default Ls/Vtec Exhaust Questions

I was wondering what you guys think of this exhaust set up I plan to run when my motor is finally done.

Motor:
b18b block, Type R Head, Skunk2 Stage 2 cams, Skunk2 full valvetrain, Endyne Rollerwave pistons, 12.5:1, 81.5 bore. Alot more parts, but these are the basics, check sig for more info and pics.

Exhaust:
An-R Standard version header with 2.5 merge collector
2.5 flex pipe
2.5 Carsound cat
apexi n-1, turbo aspirated cat back(already had on car before build)
The cat back is 2.5 inch with a 3 inch tip. I do not want to run open header.

Pls give me your thoughts on this exhaust set up, before i go out and buy. I have done plenty of research, and would just like to see what other ALL-Motor people think about this set up.

Set up looks good but I'm not an "R" header fan...get it dynoed once its done and that's the best advice you'll get...Numbers don't lie.

as in An-R?? What do you not like about the header, besides the thin piping?? havent really been able to find #'s on an An-R.

Nothing drastic...except on header poll, it came up short in hp numbers. There was a thread a few months back on headers...you might want to search...

I wouldn't use an AN-R header Try Hytech or we can custom design one direct to your application

check the sig for the motor specs, and get back to me with a price, looking to order a header next week, also, any #'s you can give me about your header would be great. thanks for the response.

Also how is the ground clearence, i was looking at the An-R because of the ground clearence.
