Replace the water pump and timing belt. Also, it would be a good time to upgrade the clutch and flywheel.

you pretty much have everything that you need besides shift linkage and motor mounts. this is the easiest swap that you will probably ever do. i did it in my 89 CRX Si. the only difference was, i had a 93 b18a1. but just change the waterpump and tb while you have the motor out. and use the integra axles, and the integra ECU, and your Si engine harness, and you should be good.

I have it in my 91 si took me a day to get everything pretty much done. You take motor, tranny, ecu, take the clutch cable and throttle cable it makes everything so much easier too. Everything is plug and play use ur crx si harness off your old motor. Your check engine light will come on but thats because the crx didnt come with a crank angle sensor i think it was in the rear so take it to your local import shop and have them wire that up it only take like 15 mins if they jump right to it and they charged me like 50 bucks...You got your mounts and shift linkage i hope...What they are saying is good too though change that timing belt now and water pump its a ping while the motors in...Oh yea dont forget to beat ur frame in where the alteraantor goes just make a good dent in it or the pulley will either come too close or rub. U'll love it its quick im eatin gt mustangs up all day...pretty much anything that comes factory thats not exotic or a higher model car thats pretty expensive will get eatin up by you...good luck i think i covered it all....
