Overheating/coolant bleed valve?

Default Overheating/coolant bleed valve?

Is there a coolant bleed valve, im having problems with my cars temperature guage rising when im at idle, i have a new radiator and flushed out the coolant and it still seems to rise up. Dose anybody have the same problem or any ideas.

Depends on your year of your car but the 6th gen. I4 Accord has one. It's near the thermostat housing.

mine (94 Accord) and my brothers (96 prelude) are near the firewall.

Make sure your fan is coming on.
Let it idle until it reaches regular temperature with the hood up, then look to see if the fan is coming on...if not turn your AC on and see if they come on then.

If they dont you might have a bad fan or blown fuse.
If they come on you may have a bad temerature switch that controls the fan or bad relay.

DONT let the car overheat unless you like warped heads!
You can probably look in a helms and get all the trouble shooting steps to find out what is going on.
