What can I get to add more HP?
I have a 91 honda civic. I would like to know what i can get to add more horse power without doing a engine swap or a turbo kit. If you could make a list and how many hp it adds and the price. All i have done right now is Catback exhaust and a cold air intake. Any help to what i can get is greatly appreciated.
Oh man, you're asking for it, here at honda-tech most people know their stuff, so unknowledgeable people get flamed to hell, but i'll give you credit, at least your interested in power and not NOS seat covers. Well whether you have a dx or an si it doesn't really matter, they're both slow, you're gonna have to do some kind of engine swap/work if you want to be fast. There's one route you could take for around 600 bucks and you'd be fast, it would be nitrous, but it will blow your engine up eventually. Do yourself a favor, go to the search feature, search for d16z6, b16, mini-me, and/or engine swap. Before you ask a bunch of questions, first do a ton of observing, look at the hybrid forum, look at the Forced induction and all motor forum, also learn more about engines first. It is important to know how things work before you try to modify them. (i'm assuming you don't).
