Actually all the OEM sway bar endlinks, front and rear (on those ED's that came with them), mount to the LCA's.

On the the rear there is a threaded hole in the LCA. The bolt #36 below threads into the LCA (two versions are shown 88 CRX-Si and 89-91 CRX-Si/Civic-Si):

On the front there is a plain hole (right under part #14) in the LCA that the endlink bushings sandwich. Look around part #15 here:

The chassis mounting points are another thing...

further clarification on how it connects to the CHASSIS, from the first pic above, #14 is what the rear sway bar bushing mounts to, it hangs just in front of the rear tow hooks. the front swaybar bushings are mounted to the rear crossmember where the steering rack is.
